Outdoor Awareness LLC (Illinois LLC) operates this TournamentHound.com website for the purpose of providing a place for consumers to research, review and post a variety of soccer tournaments. We also provide free subscription–based email newsletters. All of the website and email newsletter offerings are referred to hereafter as the (“Service”) subject to the following Terms of Use (“Terms”).

Outdoor Awareness LLC provides this website and related Service subject to your compliance with the Terms set forth below. Your continued use of this site evidences your agreement to these Terms.

Outdoor Awareness LLC makes no warranty as to the safety, reliability, accuracy, timeliness, usefulness, adequacy, completeness or suitability of information on our website. Outdoor Awareness LLC cannot and does warrant against human and machine errors, omissions, delays, interruptions or losses, including loss of data. Outdoor Awareness LLC cannot and does not guarantee or warrant that files available for downloading from this site are free from infection by viruses, worms, trojan horses or other code that may harm your computer or system. Most of the content you intend to view on this website or in one of our newsletters is provided by third-parties, and should be relied on by you at your own risk. TERMS OF LISTING

Adding a Tournament: By submitting content on or to our site, you confirm you are authorized to submit a tournament for promotion and have provided accurate information to the best of your knowledge. You also agree as such, to provide TournamentHound.com permission to publish your tournament, and to use your tournament name and brand in promoting the event itself and any related services to our readers. You understand that while your tournament will now be listed on our website and newsletter, it is your responsibility to contact us to provide updated information. Should we discontinue our newsletter program, or the entire website, in the future, there will be no refunds available.
Removing a Tournament: You may contact us at any time to request that your tournament be removed from our website and newsletter. By requesting a removal, you acknowledge you are authorized to request this removal, and that doing so will not result any refunds. After an event is removed, you must resubmit your tournament listing to be added back to the website and newsletter. We reserve the right to remove any tournament that does not have accurate information.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
YOU AGREE THAT USE OF THE SERVICE IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” OR “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF PROPRIETARY RIGHTS ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. You agree to indemnify and hold Outdoor Awareness LLC, its officers, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, directors, officers, agents, service providers, suppliers and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney fees and court costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post or make available through the Service, your use of the Service, your violation of the Terms, your breach of any of the representations and warranties herein, or your violation of any rights of another.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Illinois, applicable to agreements made and to be performed therein without regard to conflict of laws principles. BY CONTINUING TO USE OUR SITE, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
